My path and purpose in life is to be a clear, centred and protected energetic channel and conduit. My capacity to perceive, intuit, understand and work with energy allows me to “see beyond the veil”. All services I offer are essentially an expression of that - and then directing the energy with a diverse toolbox that I have been honing for lifetimes.

Having had a 10 year professional background as a Human Resource Manager, I appreciate the journey of discovering a sense of self, beyond what our mind thinks we are. Transforming my life from corporate to the spiritual has been an inside job - a complete transformation of myself. I come from an analytical, logical and linear mindset, so practising the art of intuition, and connecting to the spiritual realm has been no easy feat.

In 2013, I opened my women’s coaching business, Coach Kate, which primarily focused on physical, mental and emotional wellness, and in 2017, I left the HR profession to focus on my young family and my coaching business.

My very private journey with spirituality, energy and intuition commenced in 2014, and since that time I have integrated the teachings of many inspirational spiritual mentors. I was blessed to mentor with professional psychic and published author, Helen Jacobs, for 8 years. But it wasn’t until 2020, that I felt truly brave enough to incorporate spirituality, intuition and energetics into my coaching business.

My life journey has not been linear by any means, as often is the case when following our intuition. My biggest training has been in the school of life - my professional background, my circumstances, health challenges and childhood wounding. And in more recent years, my personal lessons have taken place within the school of motherhood, and subsequent divorce.

I am always having to remind myself that there really is no destination when it comes to spiritual evolution and healing. To bring myself back to the present moment, and what I am currently learning about myself and what healing needs to take place, as reflected by my external circumstances. Everything that occurs outside of us, is an invitation to reflect within. We can’t use spirituality to bypass the human experience. It’s via the human experience that soul growth can occur!
