What happens during a house & land clearing?
Energy can collect in one’s home or workspace and become stagnant.
I’m an energy intuitive that has had the privilege of mentoring with some incredible teachers and guides, allowing me to connect in and see beyond the veil, and communicate with non-physical beings and spirits.
As a Reiki Master, I use both Usui & Seichim Reiki techniques to clear your home (and furniture) and the land of negative, stagnant, heavy energy. I also remove any portals, entities or unwanted non-physical beings that are attached to the house and the land. I also reset the vibration of the home, ensuring it is set to the higher frequency that is the best match for the people living in the house.
Additional tools may also be used to shift energy via vibration, including Crystal Singing Bowls, Biofeedback Frequency Device, essential oil clearing sprays.
You don't need to be at home during the clearing (of course you are welcome to be though!), and afterwards I send you a recording of the feedback.
I often get asked if a home can be cleared using sage instead. Smudging with a sage stick or piece of palo santo is a great tool to move and shift stagnant energy in the first instance. However, smudging will not remove energy portals, entities or unwanted non-physical beings from the home.
I recommend that you try some DIY options first (like smudging) and if this does not create the shift you seek, feel free to get in touch.

What happens during a Property Sale Energetic Clearing and Reset?
A Property Sale Energetic Clearing and Reset is quite different to a House & Land Clearing. Over the years, I have done quite a few distance sessions that involve a legal contract of some sort.
Everything that exists electronically & digitally is like an energetic entity of it's own. When connecting to a contract of sale, there can be many outside forces influencing or preventing a sale.
Some factors at play:
💫 Current or Previous Real Estate Agent's personal desires or attachment to commission
💫 If the property is tenanted, their energy and their attitude towards the sale
💫 Even though the owners may be keen to sell, their attachments towards the outcome of sale, or emotional attachment to the home
💫 Energetic residue of any issues regarding the financing and bank loans
💫 Influences from neighbours' opinions and attitudes towards the sale
💫 Effects from any contracts for maintenance or renovation on the property
💫 Creating vibrational resonance for the ideal buyer to recognise the value of the property

If you feel that somethings off - it probably is!
Our bodies are like an energetic barometer and far more sensitive to subtle energy shifts than our mind.
So usually a “presence” is felt rather than seen or known. Our mind can sometimes rationalise what our body feels. And depending on our belief paradigm, we can rationalise the feeling away.
But these days people are far more sensitive to energy than ever before so the feeling become harder to ignore!

Some homes can have a lot of stagnantation and dense energy that feels "heavy". Other times there can be an entity which is more like heavy energy that has a consciousness. There can also be non-physical human beings that have not crossed over.
Entities & presences are attracted to dense energy, so if the home has a lot of stagnant energy pockets they are likely to reside there. Under stairs, sheds, cupboards and dark corners are usually where I find them.

• Air flow and light are really important - both have a physical benefit as well as energetically.
• Smudging the home with a sage stick, palo santo or specific space clearing essential oil sprays.
• Sound causes a vibration shift - so clapping your hands in dark corners, or using instruments like medicine drums or crystal singing bowls.
• Intentionally filling your home with love. I personally love my heart chakra crystal bowl, but you can meditate calling in love from your heart and sending around your home.

No, unfortunately not.
Some "ghosts" (non-physical human beings) are trapped in a timewarp and do not know they've passed, and fail to cross over to the light. I recommend asking someone experienced in this area to peacefully cross over NPHBs.
Some low vibrational consciousness, presences, or entities intentionally incite fear to lower your vibration. In these instances, it is very important to seek the assistance of someone who can create a strong energetic boundary whilst interacting with and removing it.
