I've attended several women's circles that Kate has hosted and have always felt safe and held in these spaces, to openly share and let go of emotions or whichever intention I've set going into each healing circle.

Recently I decided to reach out to Kate and schedule a private healing and energy session with her as I needed her 1:1 guidance and support during a challenging period of my life. Kate's energy is something else. She makes me feel seen, heard and most importantly safe in her presence.

After the 1:1 energy healing session I had with her, the integration period lasted a couple of weeks, where the most significant shifts and changes I experienced across these weeks were having clear messages come through in my dreams, (where usually I don't remember much of my dreams), but for at least the first week and a half following our session, I felt more energetically open and connected to my spirit guides, who shared many important messages with in these weeks.

Many goosebump moments, where I truly felt a shift in the guidance and support I had been seeking, and Kate created this space for me to be more open to receive this. I don't know how she does the healing's that she does - but her work is truly admirable and I feel so grateful to have connected with Kate and feel supported within each session with her.

I couldn't recommend her more highly and I look forward to more sessions with Kate in the future.
